PLEASE TAKE YOUR BIBLE OUT AND LOOK UP THESE VERSES AS YOU READ THIS GOSPEL MESSAGE FULLY.
1. GOD is Holy. In him is NO sin at all. (1 Samuel 2: 2, Isaiah 6, Psalms 105: 3)
2. YOU and I are sinful. Sin is the breaking of GOD'S LAWS. We have broken GOD'S laws therefore we are sinful. (Romans 3: 23, Romans 5: 12)
The laws of GOD include:
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 1But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not commit adultery.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
YOU and I have broken ALL these Laws, therefore we are guilty and worthy of punishment. (James 2: 10).
3. God HATES sin. He HATES OUR SINFULNESS, but he has made a way that sinners might experience his love. (Psalms 5:5-6, Hebrews 1:9, John 3:16). God is a God of love, mercy and compassion and a God of wrath.
4. GOD will punish ALL, whose sins are not forgiven and washed in Christ's BLOOD with an eternal and everlasting punishment. YOUR SIN is GREAT TO GOD and is worthy of ETERNAL condemnation. (Pro 11: 21, Matthew 25: 46, Revelation 20: 15)
5. GOD provided HIMSELF a way that HIS INFINITE HATRED towards your sin could be appeased and you could go free. He sent CHRIST, HIS ONLY SON, to SUFFER FOR SIN ON THE CROSS and to take the punishment, and the WRATH of GOD that sinners DESERVE for their sins. IF you will REPENT(have a change of heart towards your sins and hate them as GOD hates them and turn from your sins BY the GRACE OF GOD ALONE) and BELIEVE upon Christ you will be saved from your sins and the wrath of GOD. (Matthew 1:21) (1 JOHN 2: 2.)
6. The ONLY WAY for you to escape from the RIGHTFUL WRATH OF GOD and the RIGHTFUL punishment for your sins, is for you to REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND PLACE FAITH AND TRUST IN Jesus Christ Life, Death, burial and Resurrection. You must not depend on ANY of your own works but on CHRIST work ALONE. Your efforts will NEVER be enough to reconcile you to GOD or appease GOD'S wrath towards you. You must Rely upon CHRIST and CHRIST ALONE.
7. REPENT at this very moment LOST SINNER, and BELIEVE UPON CHRIST by the power of GOD'S GRACE ALONE. Call out to GOD WITH repentance and faith towards Christ IN YOUR HEART. CALL UPON CHRIST and you SHALL BE saved. Romans 10: 9-13.
